Returns and Exchange Policy

1.Returns: 

  • There is a NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE policy.
  • Srinivasa Shopping Mall allows returns only for damaged or defective products. Customers must return such products within 7(Seven) working days of receiving them, provided they are in a saleable condition with intact price and info tags, original folds and packaging, and in an undamaged/unused condition. 2.Procedure for Returns:

  • Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning your item(s).
  • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, SRINIVASA SHOPPING MALL will process the refund accordingly.
  • We initiate pickup requests for hassle-free returns.
